[download] your surprise gift
wrapped in some tough love
Hiiii 👋🏾
I know you weren’t expecting me today, so I’ll keep it short(ish).
I have a gift for you!

At the start of SELFHOOD private coaching, all clients are gifted The Identity Audit. Think of it like an MRI for your sense of self - showing you where you’re aligned and where you’re out of sync with who you think you are and the life you say you want.
How long they spend with it depends on the person, but everyone comes out feeling clearer and more connected to themselves.
Some even surprise themselves and actually enjoy it 😅

Last week, I got the ping to share it with you too, so that’s what I’m doing.
Perhaps it was the realization that we are ‘already’ and simultaneously ‘only’ 3 months into the year 🫠
I know we’ve been living in “unprecedented” times since 2020, but damn 2025 is giving capital U - UNprecedented. I keep having the same conversation with friends, it starts differently but always ends the same - I’m not sure the world’s ever felt this uncertain and scary.
For perhaps the first time in my life, I have no idea where I’ll be or what life will look like this time next year. And in that uncertainty, there’s a lot I can’t control.
BUT there’s also a lot I can.
My internal world? All me.
The opportunities I go after and show up for? All me.
The depth of my relationships with loved ones? All me.
So, here comes the tough love - emphasis on the love.
Stop… waiting… for your life to change.
Stop thinking that one day you’ll “just ” wake up and feel different.
That even though you’ve struggled to show up online for years, suddenly you’ll just be consistent.
That even though you’ve never set boundaries with family, this week will somehow be different.
That buying that expensive new alarm will transform you into a morning person.
It won’t.
These things won’t change unless you do.
Right now, you’re the person who claims they’ll do things, then doesn’t follow through.
The person who always ends up “keeping the (external) peace”.
The person who is more comfortable chasing growth than enjoying it.
And none of that is said with shade, it’s just how things are.
That IS your identity.
In the same way you probably have that one friend who will always follow through with what they say.
Or who is great at setting clear boundaries (sometimes with you).
Or who has built a life that is so clearly theirs.
These people tend to be rare. But this is who they are.
I’m saying this to you now because we’ve never needed YOU (your unique gifts and perspectives) more than we do right now!
So stop waiting for ‘someday’ to start showing up and sharing them.
Question for you - If absolutely nothing changes, will you be happy with where (and who) you’ll be this time next year?
If the answer is yes! Amazing. How can you support more people in getting there too?
If the answer is no… maybe your someday is actually today?
My hope for you with this audit is that it gives you the time, space, and structure to really sit with yourself. To get honest.
To start identifying the areas that could do with a little more attention and intention.
And given the season shift, consider it an Identity spring cleaning.
The Identity Audit will help you:
Pinpoint hidden beliefs, habits, and patterns running your life
Get crystal clear on what’s working and what’s not in your identity
Finally see what needs to shift so you can start showing up as the person you actually want to be.

If you spend just 20 minutes doing this, it will bring you much closer to yourself!
And if today is your ‘someday’ and you’d rather not white-knuckle the identity shifts alone, you know where I am.
I’ve opened up a couple more spaces for private coaching in April. You can apply here.
Or just hit reply.
Your move.
See you on a Sunday!

P.S. If you open The Identity Audit in pdf, you should be able to write your answers directly into the guide. If not, go with the old-fashioned pen and paper way. There’s options.
